SKILL BASED DEVELOPMENT

The Department of Commerce of Sourashtra College organized an insightful seminar on “Skill-Based Development” to enhance students’ employability and professional competencies. The seminar aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.

Objective of the Seminar

The primary objective of the seminar was to equip students with essential skills required in today’s competitive job market. It focused on improving communication, leadership, problem solving, and entrepreneurial abilities among students.
